Abstract
A szív vezetőrendszerének ingerlése forradalmasíthatja a konvencionális pacemakerterápiát. Mind a His-köteg, mind a bal Tawara-szár-terület ingerlése alkalmas nemcsak antibradycardia indikációban a jobb kamrai ingerlés által okozott cardiomyopathia megelőzésére, de szívelégtelen, intraventrikuláris vezetési zavarral rendelkező betegek esetén hatékonyabbá teheti a kardiális reszinkronizációs kezelést is. A szerzők két eset bemutatása kapcsán szeretnék ismertetni a bal Tawara-szár-területi ingerlés nyújtotta potenciális előnyöket a napi klinikumból.
