Abstract

In this study, high gain, low noise wireless transceiver system have been analysed and designed in wireless ISM band communication system. The aim of this project is to present several types of compact microstrip patch antennas for ISM 2.4 GHz band, and then to compare and interpret the results. Besides, some information was provided as to the ISM band and transceiver systems. The different geometries of microstrip antennas such as slot-loaded microstrip patch arrays, dual-band and slot-loaded dipole rectangular microstrip patch and power amplifiers are simulated with AWR Microwave Office Software, using Moment Method. At the result, The advantages of the proposed frond end RF module have been emphasized in some applications such as image transmission
