Abstract

Abstract The emergence of new Internet technology has changed the e-commerce platform industry in China, and enhanced e-commerce platforms’ recommendation services. The implementation of various shipping policies also provides an effective approach for the e-commerce platform to optimize the structure of the consumer market. The combination of recommendation service and contingent free shipping has a crucial driving effect on the development of the e-commerce platform industry. In addition, the discount coupon and recommendation strategy should be attractive to researchers who are willing to take the time to highlight the relationship between coupon discounts and consumer spending levels. The experimental analysis of recommendation strategy also provides some meaningful directions and topics for researchers interested in operations management of e-commerce platform.
