Abstract
The year 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations between the PRC and the Russian Federation. The article considers various issues of Russia-China strategic partnership in the context of the anniversary, analyses the main stages of China-Russia interaction, characterises the key components of the two countries' relations in the new era. On the basis of summing up the experience of the past, tasks are outlined and prospects for interstate relations are built.
