Abstract
This article is written in the light of the Qur’anic teachings on the sanctity of human life and the application of the sanctity of human life in modern times, an analytical study in the context of Pakistani society which states that Allah Almighty has distinguished human from all creatures by wearing the crown of sanctity and dignity, so the protection of human life is the survival of society. It has also been stated that unjust bloodshed is absolutely unlawful and Haraam.That is, to destroy all humanity, doing so causes Allah’s wrath because He has forbidden unjust killing. Saving the life of one soul is tantamount to giving life to all human beings. Also the fate of the killer in Pakistani constitution and in the hereafter is also stated in this article.
