Abstract
AbstractIn order to uncover the reality of the trap present in the MQW consisting of GaN‐InGaN pair, extraction of the location and the energy level of the trap using RTN experiment were applied for the first time. Through simplification of the complex MQW into an approximate structure, we found the trap of each sample is located very close to p‐GaN interface.
