Abstract
This chapter discusses the potential design problems which can be identified through the evaluation of the assembly planning results, and further proposes redesign guidelines to help the designer to make the proper design modification or redesign considering the detailed assembly process in the design stage, to improve the product assemblability and reduce the product assembly cost, therefore enabling the product assembly design to be more practical and feasible.
