Abstract
A method for measuring the dynamic modulation transfer function (MTF) of a display is introduced. A single moving vertical line is displayed, and a high‐speed imaging light measuring device (LMD) captures a small region of the screen. The effect of smooth‐pursuit eye‐tracking of the moving line is simulated by aggregating a series of supersampled luminance profiles.
