Abstract
Background: Haemangiopericytoma (HPC) is a rare tumour (accounting for <1% of all primary CNS tumours). HPC behaves aggressively with a high rate of local recurrence and distant metastases and most commonly affects adults of 4th to 6th decade of life. HPC closely mimics meningioma in clinical and radiological features, thus, its diagnosis and treatment is a challenge.
