Abstract
The chapter describes various PIC microcontroller-based projects. All the projects that are described in the chapter are constructed and tested using both the PicBasic and PicBasic Pro languages. Each project has been described with the sub-headings— namely, project title, project description, hardware, flow diagram, and software. In specific, a project title describes the title of the project; project description gives the brief description of the project; hardware describes the hardware used in the project, which is mainly the circuit diagram of the microcontroller and associated interface electronics used for the project; flow diagram describes the operation of the project; and the software provides the listings of the microcontroller programs for both PicBasic and PicBasic Pro languages. In addition, the projects are essentially organized in increasing complexity.
