Abstract
Introduction: AtriClip (Atricure, Inc®) is an epicardial approach to left atrial appendage (LAA). Procedural success is dependent upon visualization of appendage base, LAA morphology, and absence of secondary lobes. We present our center’s experience with post-AtriClip imaging using cardiac computed tomography (CT) to assess leak and residual stump depth.
