Abstract
Introduction: Fractional flow reserve derived from coronary computed tomography angiography (FFRCT) is commonly used as a binary index, with a value of ≤0.80 suggesting the presence of hemodynamically significant stenosis. In this study, we tested the hypothesis that there is continuous distribution of the severity of coronary artery stenosis derived from invasive coronary angiogram (ICA) across continuous FFRCT values including the normal range.
