Abstract

Introduction: Fractional flow reserve derived from coronary computed tomography angiography (FFRCT) shows a progressive decline from the proximal to distal coronary artery segments in all normal vessels. However, significant decline is associated with obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD). The study objective is to investigate the association of coronary artery plaque features with a significant decline in FFRCT in patients with non-obstructive CAD on coronary computerized tomography angiography (CCTA).
