Abstract

AbstractCharacteristics of MgO layer deposited under hydrogen atmosphere were investigated. Hydrogen doping was conducted by e‐beam evaporation of MgO layer under hydrogen atmosphere and its effects were evaluated using various methods including SEM, ICCD, and Paschen curve measurements. In addition, voltage transfer curve was measured on those films in order to evaluate wall voltage and charge. The results indicated that the doping of hydrogen to MgO film enhances the luminance efficiency significantly.
