Abstract
Technique of prolapse repair while conserving the uterus will be shown in this video. Mesh is fixed to the pubo cervical fasica over the isthumus and is brought out over and fixed to the anterior abdominal wall. Other strip of mesh is fixed to the recto vaginal septum, utero sacral ligament and is fixed to the arcus taurineus. Good antomical and functional correction is obtained. No significant complications noted. Lateral suspension with posterior compartment repair is superior to isolated approaches of sacro hysteropexy or utero sacral suspension for marked prolapse in younger females.
