Abstract
Three dimensional micro-nano structures have been achieved to fabricate by nano imprint lithography and advanced reversal imprint technology using thermal polymer. Fine grating structures is fabricated by conventional imprint lithography on a polymer surface. A spin coated thin polymer film on mold plate is pressed onto the grating structure and the polymer is transferred to the underneath structure. Nano tunnel structure and cross grating structure are successful ly demonstrated using this advanced technology.
