Abstract
This chapter presents several case studies related to preparatory activity offenses. The cases presented are: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Appellee v. Samuel Henley, Appellant (appeal of Samuel Henley (Appellant) from the en banc Opinion and Order of the Superior Court) and Anthony Thomas Bolden, Appellant v. Supreme Court of Nevada (onspiracy to commit robbery and/or kidnapping).
