Abstract

Using High-Speed Camera, we had developed high speed motion calculation unit with fewer hardware resources. We forcused on a phenomenon that obstacle motion is less than one pixel under higher sampling rate. With this phenomenon, we eliminated repeatable processing like identification between two images captured in different time, and we had constracted high speed processing hardware architecture with sequential processing only. Applying this architecture, our processing unit performs, 0.5usec processing time, and 480Hz processing cycle.
