Abstract
AbstractMulti‐source deposition has been successfully implemented in an E‐beam system to achieve a high luminance BaAl2S4:Eu blue phosphor for TDEL application. Luminance greater than 700 cd/m2 with CIE coordinates of x = 0.135 and y = 0.105 was realized with high reproducibility. The luminous efficiency was over 1.0 lumens/W.
