Abstract
Breast augmentation remains the most popular esthetic surgery procedure. This chapter covers the clinical approach to breast augmentation, indications, techniques, and complications. The authors explore the literature on breast augmentation and share their approach for reliable results, including adjuncts like autologous fat grafting. Clinical management of capsular contracture, revision breast surgery, and BIA-ALCL are discussed in detail.
