Abstract
AbstractNovel photo‐aligned optical thin‐films, based on Rolic's monomer corrugation (MC)‐technology [1] are presented. The MC‐technology enables nano‐ and micro‐topologies on polymer thin‐films, including photo‐patterning of topologies. The new MC‐films enhance brightness, contrast and viewing cone of reflective LCDs and markedly improve anti‐reflection and glare of displays.
