Abstract

Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a subtype of breast cancer with poor survival. Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TILs) have been identified as a potential biomarker in TNBC. However, some tumors lack of TILs completely. This could be explained by the confinement of lymphocytes in the nearby lymph nodes (LN). This project aims to identify immune checkpoints that could be retaining those lymphocytes. We also analyzed other immune biomarkers in LN and tumor; and performed mutation, neoantigen analysis and gene expression profiling in tumor.
