33565 Clinically proven antiaging effects of a new skincare line and retinol tolerance building guidance for Asian consumers

Abstract

Skin preaging is a concern raised by young consumers. A new skincare line including facial essence, eye cream, and face cream, which combines active ingredients of retinol, dipeptide and fullerene, was developed to target skin concerns of wrinkles and sagging. The objective of this study was to assess the tolerance and efficacy of the products and develop tolerance-building guidance for Asian consumers. A clinical study in 120 Chinese females aged 43-64 with signs of facial wrinkles and sagging was randomized into 3 subgroups.
