Abstract
Germinal center type B-cell lymphomas include a spectrum of lesions ranging from low-grade follicular lymphomas to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). A subset of DLBCL cases harbor MYC rearrangements in combination with BCL-2 and/or BCL-6 translocations and are commonly called double- or triple-hit lymphomas. This entity is both clinically and histologically aggressive with poor outcomes and in 2016, WHO classified this as High-grade B-cell lymphoma (HGBL) with MYC and BCL-2 and/or BCL-6 rearrangements.
