Abstract
Within the feasibility study Phase 1B of the 30 MW e PHOEBUS solar central receiver power plant project using an air-cooled volumetric receiver, the basic data and optimal overall system design characteristics were determined by system engineering. This paper summarizes briefly essential results and boundary conditions.
