Abstract
본 연구에서는 경제적이고 안전한 한국형 3-bay 벤로형 유리온실 모듈형식을 유한요소해석 프로그램을 이용하여 검토 및 제안하였다. 온실구조설계기준(1995)에서 제안하고 있는 최대 설계하중을 새로운 형식의 3-bay 벤로형 유리온실 모듈에 적용하였다. 유한요소해석에는 범용해석프로그램인 ABAQUS(2007)가 사용되었으며, 12 종류의 모듈형식과 5개의 설계단면이 최적단면 설계에 고려되었다. 12 종류의 모듈형식 중 최적 모듈형식이 제안되었으며, 안전하게 적용가능한 단면종류를 제안하였다. 제안된 모듈형식과 단면은 경제적이고 단순화된 형식으로 한국형 3-bay 벤로형 유리온실 설계 및 시공에 널리 사용될 것이다. This study investigates the structural safety and economic of typical 3-bay venlo-type greenhouses. Maximum design loads in the Greenhouse Design Specifications(1995) were considered to evaluate and develop new 3-bay venlo-type frame greenhouse system. Numerical studies using a general finite-element program, ABAQUS(2007), were conducted to determine optimal design sections. Twelve of the frame systems and five of the cross section types were investigated in this study. Finally, the new 3-bay venlo-type frame greenhouse system was developed. The new systems can be simply and economically used during the design and construction of the 3-bay venlo-type greenhouses.
