Abstract
PrefaceIt was a great pleasure to welcome all the participants from different countries to the 2018 International Conference on Computer Information Science and Application Technology (CISAT 2018) in Daqing, China during 7th-9th December, 2018. This three-day conference was hosted by Northeast Petroleum University, China, and supported by American Industrial Technology Research Centre, Northeast Normal University.CISAT 2018 managed to serve as a platform for researchers, developers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results in the field of computer information science and application technology. Professors from various prestigious universities in China and abroad were invited to deliver keynote talks describing the latest information in their respective areas of expertise. The conference helped those that are of interest to the topics to interact with the experts to get their advice and consult on technical matters, and collaboration opportunities and strategies.In the conference, a large number of papers were received, over 350 of which were accepted after a strict peer reviewing process to be published officially and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus. The selected papers of the conference cover a wide range of computer science and application technology including intelligent system and control technology, big data search, mining and visualization, image processing and detecting, simulation and analysis based on algorithm and modeling, software engineering and application, etc.List of Committees are available in this PDF.
