Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Effect of Participation Motivation of Men and Women in their 20s participating in the gym on Exercise Continuance and exercise addiction. to this end, a survey of 300 men and women in their 20s participating in the gym conducted through an online survey, and 294 copies were used for research and analysis, excluding 6 questionnaires that were answered insincerely and repeatedly. The SPSS Ver.23.0 program was used for data processing in this study to frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions drawn from this are as follows: First, internal motivation and extrinsic motivations of male and female gym participants in their 20s have been shown to have a positive effect on exercise continuance, and amotivation has been shown to have a negative effect. Second, internal motivation of male and female gym participants in their 20s has been shown to have a positive effect on exercise addiction, amotivation has been shown to have a negative effect, and extrinsic motivations has been shown to have a no significant impact. Third, predisposing and enabling of male and female gym participants in their 20s have been shown to have a positive effect on exercise addiction, and Reinforcing has been shown to have a no significant impact.
