Abstract
症例1は68歳，女性．子宮頚癌の肺転移に対して左肺部分切除施行後，ステイプル周囲に腫瘤が出現した．経過で縮小し肉芽腫と考えられた．症例2は42歳，女性．原発性肺癌に対し右肺S6区域切除後に肺実質断端ステイプル周囲に腫瘤が出現した．経皮的針生検を施行し肉芽腫と診断され，その後縮小がみられた．いずれの症例も肺実質切除断端周囲に出現した肺肉芽腫と考えられたが局所再発との画像上の鑑別は困難であった．肺肉芽腫の画像上の特徴を，局所再発症例と比較して考察した．
