Abstract
Two dogs with internal hydrocephalus were examined by electroencephalography (EEG), which was characterized by diffuse and high voltage slow activities mixed with sharp waves, sometimes being not synchronious among tracings. One case showed poor correlation between the intrahemispheric different sites. In one case with clinical visual disorders, no response was seen in visual evoked potential. Autopsy revealed markedly dilated ventricles and thin cerebral cortices in the two cases.
