1988 Report of the Standing Committee on the status of international agreements relating to activities in outer space

Abstract

The Standing Committee was created in October 1987 by the Board of Directors of the International Institute of Space Law. Membership is open to any interested Institute member. 1 1 Committee membership as of 15 July 1988 was: Prof Dr Karl-Heinz Bockstiegel, Dr Aldo A. Cocca, Mr Sune Danielsson, Dr Isabella Diederiks-Verschoor, Dr Stephen E. Doyle (Chairman), Mrs Eilene Galloway, Prof Dr Andrzej Gorbiel, Dr jur habil Gyula Gál, Dr Qizhi He, Prof Dr Fumio Ikeda, Dr Vladimir Kopal, Prof Francis Lyall, Mr G Lafferranderie, Prof Nicholas Mateesco Matte, Dr W. von Noorden, Mr Ed Ploman, Prof Dr Neri Sybesma-Knoland and Dr V.S. Vereshchetin. The committee collects, reviews and verifies data concerning selected space agreements which are of general global or regional applicability.
