Abstract
Ocular motor disorders are common in clinical neurological practice and have myriad manifestations. Accurate recognition and localization are critical to proper diagnosis and treatment. This chapter covers the anatomic pathways of eye movement in normal and pathological states, including ophthalmoplegia, ocular misalignments, and the abnormal spontaneous eye movements of nystagmus and saccadic intrusions.
