Abstract
Human platelet lysate (hPL) contains abundant growth factors and cytokines necessary for cell growth and is increasingly used as supplement for ex vivo cell culture for clinical protocols. UltraGRO™-PURE cell culture supplement is a fibrinogen depleted, xeno-free media supplement for replacing fetal bovine serum (FBS) to support cell expansion from research through clinical trials to commercial use.
