Abstract
Objective-Aim: of this audit was to analyse indications, complications, correlation of preoperative diagnosis with final histopathology report and justification of all hysterectomies at Prince Charles hospital. Method: It is a retrospective study of 57 cases who had hysterectomies in 2019. The data regarding patients age, indication for hysterectomy, type of hysterectomy, complications during and after surgery and final histopathological diagnosis were collected from the patient case records. Results: A total of 57 cases of hysterectomies were included in the study.
