Abstract

The purposes of the present study is to investigate the microstructures and mechanical properties of the Fe-12Cr-11Ni-1.5Ti-1Mo alloy by using of the OM, SEM, TEM, XRD, tensile testing machine and micro-hardness. Some results are describing as following: Being solution heat treatment on 980℃/1H and than subzero treatment at -80℃/8H, the microstructure is a fully martensite belonging to the B.C.C. structure with the lattice parameter a=0.288nm. When aged at temperatures blow 550℃, the α′- phase was formed. The microstructure of α′-phase is B.C.C. structure with the lattice parameter a=0.291nm. When aged at temperatures over 550℃, some austenite phase with the lattice parameter a=0.358nm and Ni3Ti phase with the lattice parameter (a=0.483nm, c=0.784 nm) were found. Being solution heat treatment, subzero treatment, and aged in the range of the (450~650)℃/(4~16)H. The tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness of these specimen, is in the ranged of the HRc37.1~54.5、161.3~273.1ksi、123.8~273.1ksi and 9.7~19.7%.
