Abstract

Recent advancements in nanotechnology have served to benchmark carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as a standout among the most-considered nanomaterials. The exceptional and tunable as well as unprecedented physical, substance, and electronic properties of nanomaterials based on carbon empower novel innovations for distinguishing and tending to natural difficulties as well as a wide assortment of uses in various manipulative areas. This chapter basically deals with the uses of simple carbon-based nanomaterials and different advanced level carbon-based nanocomposites with unique features for useful applications such as wastewater treatment, observation of environmental contaminants, advances in the maintainable power source, nanosensors, and supercapacitors. In connecting mechanical development as well as the electronic, physical, and substance properties of carbon-based nanomaterials, this chapter outlines new eras for future nanomaterial applications in natural frameworks. In light of the writing considered, CNTs represent an incredible potential as a promising material for application in different ecological fields.
