Abstract
In acoustic cavitation, continuous irradiation of acoustic wave is interfered by the air bubbles generated around the radiation surface of the transducer ; that is, a sheath of air bubbles interferes further acoustic radiation into the water. Therefore, it is important to break a stable state, thus, we try to remove surplus air bubbles using acoustic streaming. We estimate the effects of air bubble removal by the erosion on the aluminum thin films. The application of nonlinear effects (cavitaion and acoustic streaming) for ultrasonic cleaner and food industry is expected. Non stable states of nonlinear phenomena have a possibility to open new application of ultrasonics.
