Abstract
Microscopical examinations of fabric-crease cross-sections at progressively higher curvatures, made to investigate the changes in structure involved in the formation of a crease mark, are reported. Measurements made include the radius of the maximum fabric curvature, the length of fabric in a bend, the thread-spacinbg, and the yarn configuration.
