Abstract
The old view that Egypt from the time of Augustus up to the reforms of Septimius Severus or of Diocletian privately owned by the Roman Emperor was, who remained thus understandably concluded from international traffic and exchange, has been mitigated recently in favor of Presentation of a province whose resources were used, however, in particular to the needs of Rome. In the excavations in Schedia, the urban settlement at the junction of the freshwater canal which led from the Canopic Nile to Alexandria, 2 is based on Stratigraphy from the 7th century to the new era, the possibility of a complete statistical analysis of the Fund ceramic was used. The great diversity of work of various production sites are linked with the differences between products that are aligned to the international standards.
