Abstract

In forestry operation engineering, motor is the main energy consuming equipment. The control accuracyof motor has a great impact on efficiency and energy consumption. With the rapid development ofindustrial production, people's demand for electric energy is increasing, so it is urgent to develop andsave electric energy. As power equipment, motors are widely used in power plants and industrial andmining enterprises. Based on this, this paper studies the application of artificial intelligence technologyin motor control system. This chapter first introduces a practical constant current soft start algorithm.Then the algorithm is improved by adding a fuzzy control algorithm with self-adjusting factor. Afterselecting the membership function of input and output, the fuzzy relation is obtained according to fuzzyreasoning and fuzzy rules. The experimental results show that the fuzzy control has better responseperformance and faster regulation speed, and can achieve low power consumption and energy saving ofthe control system on the premise of ensuring the stability of the system.
