Abstract

报道了激光二极管抽运工作波长为1.3 μm的高能量皮秒再生放大器,种子源为重复频率65 MHz、平均输出功率140 mW的被动锁模皮秒激光振荡器。通过优化再生放大器,获得了重复频率为1 kHz、脉宽小于20 ps、单脉冲能量大于1 mJ的高脉冲能量皮秒脉冲激光,脉冲能量稳定性均方根值小于0.3%,其倍频光束671 nm的质量因子M2小于等于1.1,这表明再生放大器输出激光具有很好的光束质量。
