Abstract

The phase composition, thermal coefficient of linear expansion (TCLE) and electrical conductivity of Y1-xCa xCr1-yCuyO3-δd (x = 0.2 and 0.3; y = 0.05–0.3) were studied in air in the temperature range of 100–1000ºС. TCLE is in the range (9.8–11.5)∙10-6∙deg-1. The LTEC of some compositions is close to the LTEC of a solid electrolyte based on zirconium dioxide. The maximum conductivity is achieved for the compositions: Y0.8Ca0.2Cr0.9Cu0.1O3-δ and Y0.7Ca0.3Cr0.85Cu0.15O3-δ when chromium is replaced by copper.
