Abstract
Обстежено нутритивний статус 145 хворих з хронічною хворобою нирок V Д стадії, які лікуються перитонеальним діалізом. Застосовано лабораторні, антропометричні, функціональні методи обстежень. У процесі дослідження нутритивні розлади діагностовано у 55,2 % пацієнтів, які лікуються перитонеальним діалізом. Аналіз виживаності між групами хворих з різним нутритивним статусом дозволив констатувати, що виживаність хворих є достовірно вищою в групах з нормальним НС або легким ступенем НР, ніж у групах з середнім або важкими ступенем нутритивних порушень.
