Thai Abstract: การศกษาครงนมวตถประสงคเพอศกษาระดบแรงจงใจในการปฏบตงานของพนกงานเทศบาลตาบลและปจจยทมความสมพนธกบแรงจงใจในการปฏบตงานของพนกงานเทศบาลตาบล อาเภอบางเลน จงหวดนครปฐมกลมตวอยางทใชในการศกษาครงน คอ พนกงานเทศบาลตาบล อาเภอบางเลน จงหวดนครปฐม จานวน 150 คนใชแบบสอบถามและการสมภาษณเชงลกเปนเครองมอในการเกบรวบรวมขอมล วเคราะหขอมลโดยใชโปรแกรมคอมพวเตอรสาเรจรป สถตทใชในการวเคราะห คอ รอยละ คาเฉลย สวนเบยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวเคราะหการผนแปร และการวเคราะหจา แนกพห โดยมนยสา คญทางสถตทระดบ .05 ผลการวจยพบวา แรงจงใจในการปฏบตงานโดยรวมของพนกงานเทศบาลตาบล อาเภอบางเลน จงหวดนครปฐม อยในระดบปานกลาง ผลการทดสอบสมมตฐานพบวา ปจ จยสวนบคคล ไดแก ตาแหนง ปจ จยดานงาน ไดแก ประสบการณในงาน ลกษณะงานทรบผดชอบสภาพแวดลอมในการทางาน และโอกาสกาวหนาในงาน มความสมพนธกบแรงจงใจในการปฏบตงานของพนกงานเทศบาลตาบล อาเภอบางเลน จงหวดนครปฐม อยางมนยสา คญทางสถตทระดบ .05 สวน เพศ อาย ระดบการศกษา ระยะเวลาในการปฏบตงาน หนวยงานทสงกด และความสมพนธกบผรวมงานไมมความสมพนธกบแรงจงใจในการปฏบตงานของพนกงานเทศบาลตาบล อาเภอบางเลน จงหวดนครปฐม English Abstract: The objectives of this thesis were to examine the level of the work motivation performance of the Sub-district Municipality employees in Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The samples consisted of 150 employees of the Sub-district Municipality. Questionnaire was an instrument in collecting data and analyzing were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Analysis of Variance and Multiple Classification Analysis through computer program. The level of statistical significance was set at .05 and Indepth Interview. The result indicated that the work motivation performance of the Sub-district Municipality employees in Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province. was at fair level. The hypothesis testing showed that position and factor of job are experience, job description, working environment and working advancement, were related to the work motivation performance of the Sub-district Municipality employees in Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province. at the level of.05. But sex, age, status education, time, division and factor of job are relationship with colleagues did not relate to the work motivation performance of the Sub-district Municipality employees in Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province.
