Thai Abstract: การวจยนมวตถประสงค (1) เพอศกษาเทคโนโลยทเหมาะสมตามองคประกอบของการจดการความรส าหรบอาจารยมหาวทยาลยของรฐ (2) เพอวเคราะหองคประกอบเชงยนยนของเทคโนโลยทเหมาะสมตามองคประกอบของการจดการความรส าหรบอาจารยมหาวทยาลยของรฐ โดยใชเทคนคเดลฟาย 3 รอบส ารวจความคดเหนจากผเชยวชาญจ านวน 19 คน สรปและจดกลมเทคโนโลยตามองคประกอบของการจดการความร และน ามาสรางเปนแบบสอบถามเกยวกบเทคโนโลยทเหมาะสมตามองคประกอบในการจดการความร ไปส ารวจความคดเหนของอาจารยมหาวทยาลยของรฐ จ านวน 300 คน คาความเชอมนของเครองมอ เทากบ .95 การวเคราะหขอมลโดยการวเคราะหเนอหา การหาคามธยฐาน คาสวนเบยงเบนควอไทล การวเคราะหองคประกอบเชงยนยนโดยใชโปรแกรม AMOS 5 student versionผลการวจยพบวา เทคโนโลยทเหมาะสมตามองคประกอบของการจดการความร ประกอบดวย 4 ดาน คอ (1) ดานการแสวงหาความร (2) ดานการสรางความร (3) ดานการจดเกบและเขาถงความร และ (4) ดา นการแบงปน แลกเปลย นความร รวมทงสน 24 รายการ เปนเทคโนโลยทมความเหมาะสมอยในระดบมากทสด 10 รายการ และมความเหมาะสมอยในระดบมาก 14 รายการ และผลการวเคราะหองคประกอบเชงยนยนพบวา โมเดลการวดเทคโนโลยทเหมาะสมทง 4ดานมความสอดคลองกบขอมลเชงประจกษ English Abstract: In this research objective were to studies (1) appropriate technology based on knowledge management component in public university lecturers. (2) The confirmatory factor analysis appropriate technology based on knowledge management component in public university lecturers. Using the Delphi technique, the researcher conducted survey the opinions with nineteen experts. Data were collected from the experts three times. The researcher summarized data to create a questionnaire used to elicit data concerning the appropriate technology based on knowledge management component, to survey the opinions of 300 university lecturers. The questionnaire was tested for reliability and was found to display a reliability level of 0.95. Statistical techniques utilized in data analysis were Mdn, quartile deviation (QD) and IQR. And the confirmatory factor analysis by AMOS 5 student version program.
