Abstract

The author presents a legal constitutional doctrine of state territory in the unity of public and personal characteristics. Thus, territory as an object of legal constitutional regulation is viewed in several ways through the prism of basic institutions of constitutional law, through the unity of imperium and dominium modes as a constitutional manifestation of territorial supremacy, through the interaction of two statuses: person and citizen in the system of territorial organization of state and society.
