Abstract

PURPOSE: A dual-band antenna of a mirror symmetry type Sierpinski fractal structure is provided to arrange a plurality of dipole antennas of a deformed Sierpinski fractal structure in a mirror symmetry shape, thereby providing an excellent directivity radiation pattern. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric substrate(20) is able to be arranged with a printed circuit board. An antenna patch(30) is arranged by an electric conductor of a micro strip shape. The antenna patch radiates an electric wave generated by a current supplied through a power feeding part to the air. The antenna patch provides a current generated through the electric wave received from the air to the power feeding part. The antenna patch comprises two secondary patches(32,33) which shares a center patch(31) and a vertex(34). A ground part(40) is arranged in the lower half part of the lower surface of a quadrangle substrate. The power feeding part is connected to an antenna patch through a penetration hole which is respectively arranged in a reflecting plate and substrate. The reflecting plate(60) reflects the electric wave radiated by the antenna patch.
