Abstract

As a result of digitalization, the traditional economy is widely combined with the platform or electronic economy. Thanks to the wide use of digital technologies, cross-border electronic commerce has become one of the fastest-growing and most promising forms of international trade. In fact, cross-border B2C e-commerce platforms are changing the procedure of global trade, simplifying data transfer, payments, product delivery and much more. The growth of electronic commerce creates new tasks for state authorities to ensure adequate revenue collection, implementation of security and regulation measures, protection of intellectual property and simultaneous promotion of trade. This means that electronic commerce has become both an opportunity for economic growth and development, as well as a problem from the point of view of ensuring tax and customs revenues and security. In the article, the problems of the development of cross-border electronic trade in RA are analyzed.
