Abstract
In this paper, microstructure formation and distribution of both magnetic particles and nonmagnetic particles in magnetic compound fluids are investigated by using the simple particle method simulations. Nonmagnetic particles are rearranged to the magnetic field direction due to the apparent magnetization in magnetic compound fluids in the presence of magnetic field. As the diameter of nonmagnetic particles becomes smaller, nonmagnetic particles are more rearranged to the field direction. Uniformity on the plane perpendicular to the field direction is maintained even after microstructure formation.
