Abstract

The principal purpose of this study is to analyze closely the causal relationship model among lmx(leader-member exchange), empowerment, and organizational commitment of workers in sports center. For this purpose the research was administered to using materials of 217 workers of sports center in Kyunggido and Seoul. Data were collected through samples by means of purposive sampling method. The questionnaire for data collection of this study was based on those used in previous studies among lmx(leader-member exchange), empowerment, and organizational commitment scales, and used them after examining the verification of validity and reliability through pilot test. The methods of Statistics used to analyze the collected data were correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis. The following is conclusions brought through these analyzing methods and process in this study. Hypothesis Ⅰ. It was adapted that causal relationship model between lmx(leader-member exchange) and empowerment of workers in sports center. Hypothesis Ⅱ. It was adapted that causal relationship model between empowerment and organizational commitment of workers in sports center. Hypothesis Ⅲ. It was adapted that the causal relationship model among lmx(leader-member exchange), empowerment, and organizational commitment of workers in sports center.
